Anthony C. Sehnaoui

Anthony C. Sehnaoui is an independent M&A advisor with more than two decades of experience advising public and private companies — including sponsor-backed and founder-led businesses — on sell-side, buy-side, and strategic transactions across 15 countries.

Having lived and worked across multiple countries, Anthony brings a genuinely international perspective to every engagement. His career has spanned leading institutions on both sides of the Atlantic: Société Générale, LCF Rothschild, Alantra, Macquarie Capital, and Focus Capital, before founding Endicott International Limited. He is based in New York City.

His sector expertise spans consumer (beauty and personal care, FMCG, health and wellness, food and beverage, luxury, and pet), industrials, business services, and sustainability — informed in part by his own experience as a business operator in the beauty and personal care space. This firsthand perspective gives him an intimate understanding of the strategic challenges facing entrepreneurs and management teams navigating complex transactions.

Anthony was educated in the United States — Hamilton College (BA '91) and MIT Sloan — and in Europe at INSEAD (MBA '96D).
